The constitution states that we can overthrow gov't if it abuses its power, but how exactly do we do that?

How exactly are we the people able to overthrow the government for abusing its power, it has abused it for hundreds of years, corruption and conspiracy is around every corner for the US... so how do we stop it, when every politician is corrupt, what are we the people suppose to do?
