New Theatre Company needs to know about actor contracts and taxation for profit sharing?

A small theare company in Ireland putting on a play in A theatre festival. First time having to organise Actor Contracts and would like more information. Contract Template? Taxation requirements-is the Theatre Company responsible for organising tax? If we state in contract that Actor must self ess is this ok? We are aiming to profit share and need to know all the legal implications.
