What should I wear to a party tommorow?

is this party mostly casual, if so i'd wear high wedges, short skirt, floral loose tank ( royal blue flowers) w/ a brown leather belt.if you'd like wear a head band that has a matching blue flower. i have blond hair and green eyes. if this helps, let me know would you :)
