I get Zoladex Injections every 28 days, my whole body has gone to hell, this is my last Injection until march?

I've been getting them for 5 months and everything has stopped, they gave me them for pains in my lower abdomen, to which I was near ping out with, the pain threshold is down to about a 3, but I wont be back to the hospital until March, what should I expect? I'm 38 and their talking about a hysterectomy!
