Is it rude of my best friend of refusing to take "NO" for an answer?

(YES IT IS RUDE) if some one is suppose to be your friend then dont you think they would be a little understanding about what you like to do or not like to do ..atleast take turns on picking a place to go or an activity to do or even a time to go do something if someone wants to pick what to do all the time and not care what ther friend thinks or feels then the said person is quite lucky to even have a friend. well atleast that is my point of view hope i was some what helpful and maybe your friend needs to see what you asked for a question because apperently you are upset and if they have a shred of descency they will be a little more open to you ok bye..
