If Britain is skint, how come David Cameron has so much money to spend abroad?

Just goes to show that we aren't bankrupt as the Tories claimed. Just a shame the electorate fell for all the rubbish they spouted, including comaparing our economy with that of Greece. A little while ago they were cutting something that cost a mere �200million as they said we couldn't afford it. Then all of a sudden they can afford to raise god knows how much money for the Libyan conflict, along with �650million for Pakistan and now a further �4billion for the bail out of Portugal. I guess this is Cameron's idea of open and honest politics.
