maybe read the instructions on the tampon box, it shouldn't not go in if you're doing it right. And why is birth control out of the option? If you tell your mom?dad how miserable you are, they should be understanding, that's what parents are there for. And if you know they'll say no because of religious reasons or something, there are teen clinics that will give it to you free of charge (well at least in California) Good luck!
