I saw a moniker: "STOP PROSECUTING CHRISTIANS," is this the complex part of a Christian PERSEcution complex?

I think that given restrict0ns on Christian prayer in schools and things of that type, perhaps te meaning is a play on fats and words. When people are forbidden to keep a law, such as; 'freedom of religion/speech, it does seems that forbidding the same is a Type of "prosecution" -they are paying for a bias held against them.
