What happened to Nickelodeon?

I was flipping through my TV guide yesterday and the only shows Nick now plays are iCarly, Victorious, Bigtimerush, and of course Spongebob. Or at least those are the only shows Nick plays to death! I've actually tried watching icarly but every 10-15 seconds you hear that dumb laugh track that sounds the same every time! It's so dumb!! Even Spongebob has changed, his voice is higher and Patrick has just got blank. In the old episodes Patrick would at least have an idea or point to make now it seems like he's an unexisting nothing. I was born in '94 so i'm use to watching the old and meaningful Spongebob. And now Nick is about to start airing some dumb show called 'Bucket and Skinner'?? Who wants to watch that! I have a little sister who's 8 and she doesn't even like Nick. All the things they do and all the money they spend to advertise a dumb show like that or a dumb cartoon, can't they just put up a clic cartoon (like Rugrats or Doug) more people (even kids age 6-11) will watch? Nick doesn't even have any cartoons hardly anymore! A about a year ago, they had a marathon about people kissing called 'Kiss-a-thon' I don't know any kids age 6-11 who wants to watch that, or even would. Nick is really going down the drain, I catch myself watching shows from the 90's on the internet that actually make me laugh. And they're funny enough to have an audience instead of laugh tracks. Have I just grown out of Nick? Or am I not alone? I really want to hear other peoples opinion. Because right now I feel I can just yell out "NICKELODEON SUCKS!"
