Why did Barack Hussein Obama abolish the position in his administration dedicated to transparency?

The only thing that's transparent about Obama is the fact that he's an extreme, liberal leftist. There's very little that's transparent about the man. He has never released his college transcripts; a long form of his birth certificate (yeah little liberals, I said it), among many other things.
